My current gig is the one that I'm most proud of (isn't that always the case). YouGov is a global market research company and we are redefining how research is done. Through email marketing (for both clients and panel members), digital advertising, a new website, video production and social media I am growing the panel, increasing engagement with journalists and increasing qualified leads delivered to sales. Launching three new websites (UK in December 2014, US in January 2015 and Germany in February 2015) is only a part of the story. YouGov Asks was a user generated video campaign that increased panel recruitment by inviting members to share video content that resulted in over 39,000 views. Defining processes and strategies for digital marketing and social media have increased efficiencies between marketing, public relations and sales increasing qualified leads and strengthening existing media ties in a globally scalable model.
