It's never easy to change. Frank Crystal & Company was 80 years old and needed a revamp. Switching over to their common name - Crystal & Company - as well as reinvigorating their digital presence to showcase their amazing staff increased internal morale as well as lead generation through the new crystalco.com website. We placed their professionals at the center of the brand, helping to personify a normally dry field, then gave them collateral designed to reinforce that.
