This is a small space for thinking out loud about product strategy, AI-assisted prototyping, and the work between founder vision and user reality.
I’ve been working in product, design, and strategy for fifteen years — agency-side and now through SFC Labs — and the things I’ve found most worth writing down are the patterns that show up repeatedly across very different teams. That’s most of what will land here.
What you can expect
Posts in three rough categories:
- Product — methodology, frameworks, decisions that work in practice but not in slides
- Process — Sprint Zero, scoping, the unglamorous work of getting cross-functional teams aligned
- Building — notes from shipping things, mostly through SFC Labs
I aim for short and useful. The blog is called Often Sometimes Briefly for a reason — the goal is occasional, considered, brief. Not a publication schedule.
What you won’t find
Hot takes on the news cycle. Listicles. Anything where the title is a question I don’t answer in the post.
If you want to chat about any of it, send a note.
